Spox: Putin to meet with experts Tue to discuss COVID-19 vaccine

MOSCOW, Apr 7 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a meeting on the coronavirus situation and vaccine development on Tuesday, spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"He will hold a meeting with experts on the situation with the coronavirus and prevention measures in the middle of the day and the start of the second half," Peskov said.

Peskov said that Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov, Healthcare Minister Mikhail Murashko and presidential aide Maxim Oreshkin will participate in the meeting besides heads of the research and medical centers.
